The project area is steep and close to the sea in the southwest part of Turkey. We designed three main types of houses. The upper zone consists of two types of three-storey detached houses. The middle and lower zones consist of terraced houses with large green gardens on the lower units. The steep layouts of the buildings create an open view for all flats. The terraced garden provides shade with a pergola for hot summer days. The roads cross under the detached units with courtyards in between units. Some footbridges provide additional routes for circulation.
