This building is designed with three main functions. The low-rise has a commercial area on one side and a particular purposed hotel on the other side. Also, these two sides consist of sport areas, food-court and car park functions on the lower layers. Standing over these parts are two towers functioning as residential spaces. The landscape design consists of circulating systems, which emphasize the aesthetic value.
