The project was realized in southwest Turkey. It has a hot and humid climate and is usually used as holiday housing. The land is close to the shore and is steep.
We designed 2 types of 3 storey-detached houses with 3 alternative plans for the clients to choose from. There are a total of 24 units for housing and social amenities in two areas, one grouped in the north centre of the settlement and the other on the deck by the shore.
Simplicity and direct views were the main factors for the design. In addition, we set up some different elements for metamorphosis. The wooden balconies on the front facades, the pergolas, the footbridges, the garden shapes, the garden walls, the footway pavement and topography were aids to us.
