The extensions have been designed and built by a modern approach to a historical house in Southwest Turkey. My aim was to use an elegant steel structure with maximum glass surface to gain a transparent volume. In addition, timber shutters in front of the glazed surfaces give sun control as well as privacy to the building. Both extensions have basements, one of which is connected to the main building, and the other with an entrance from garden and used as an annex.
