The main design criteria for this project is ‘living with a garden’ for all flats and environmental correlation.Most of the flats have been designed as duplex flats and this becomes an advantage, enabling the use of a thick floor plate for the terraced garden. The roof flats are single-storey and the car-park area is all under the ground.The non-linear layout of the building creates an open view for all flats. In addition, this layout creates surprise courtyards and individuality.
