This building is designed with two parts. The low-rise consists of a commercial area, sport areas, a food court and car park. The other part consists of two towers functioning as residential spaces.
One important design criteria in this project is the shell system of the low-rise.
The triangulated shell is green in some areas, which are also used as walkways. The form also consists of circulating systems, which emphasize the aesthetic value.
